2024

Ruby owned by Eric and Kelly Altom, handled by Hunter Street took Second Place in the Open in Maryland. Congratulations to Eric and Kelly.

Whoopi owned and handled by Ed Schillig placed First in OVRC Amateur on April 21 and Fourth at Flat River Amateur May 5. Congratulations to Ed and Nancy Schillig

Delta (Olinger’s Rocky River Delta MH) owned and handled by Brad Olinger jammed the OVRC Qualifying stake on April 19.

Hope (BDS Hope Springs Eternal) owned and handled by Brad Olinger placed Fourth in OVRC Owner/Handler Qualifying April 26

2023

Club and board member, Frank Weisbeck and his dog Grace, walked away with 3rd place in the Qualifying stake at the Flat River Retriever Club of Michigan’s field trial that was held June 2-4, 2023

The club held its spring hunt test April 28-30, below are some of the participants that received qualifying scores

This year’s spring hunt test was also a time to remember our friend, and very active club member, Dave Gaul. Dave was instrumental in getting our club to hold hunt tests, and was a staple at all club events. Some of the club workers shared an IPA toast in his honor, while packing up the equipment trailer
